Get Camp Ready for Summer!

Twinlow Camp invites you, your family, and your friends to join us for our Annual Spring Work Day, April 30th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Come when you can for as long as you can and if you can RSVP, we’ll even feed you lunch!

Lunch will be provided for those who RSVP. 

Our goals for this Spring Work Day are to spruce up our lake house, Pinecrest, and do some forest maintenance. This means there is plenty to do for all skill levels. 

If you are interested in helping with Pinecrest be prepared to do the following:

• Outdoor cleaning
• Indoor cleaning
• Painting
• Light carpentry (cutting boards, fastening, and painting)
• Beach cleaning

For those doing forest maintenance please bring your own chainsaw and be prepared for a day of cutting. We have a few trees that need to be bucked up, they are already down, and hauled to our woodshed to be split. We ask that all volunteers for forest maintenance come with the skills and knowledge of how to work a chainsaw. If any volunteers have pickup trucks they would like to bring, they will be put to good use. 

Please bring yourselves, work gloves, and any tools you don’t mind sharing. This also is a good time to clean out your garage! Twinlow will gladly accept donations of:

• Work Gloves
• Rakes
• Gently used tools

It is going to be a day of getting camp ready for summer. We hope to see you there!
